Our speciality areas:

Substance use can cause disruption in one’s life, often affecting relationships, work or school, financial stability, and health. We help you identify how substances are affecting your life, what changes you want to make and how to make them. Your family will also get information and resources to support recovery.

We assess what factors are contributing to your child’s struggles and devise a treatment plan for change that is manageable. We use play therapy techniques to engage your child, develop better coping skills and improve behavior. We coordinate your child’s treatment with the school and other health care providers so that everyone can work together in your child’s best interest.

We specialize in helping you recover from traumatic experiences.  Our experienced therapists use a variety of techniques (including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing – EMDR) to help you sort out traumatic events and understand the impact those events have on your everyday life.  We teach you skills to better deal with stressors from your current life as well as the past.  Our goal is to decrease anxiety and depression symptoms as well as decreasing the impact the trauma has one’s current life.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

We provide expert care to you and your family, whether you are experiencing stress or mood changes while pregnant or after the birth of a child, or if you have experienced the loss of a pregnancy. You will receive care in a non-judgmental environment and learn what will get you back on track to feeling more like yourself again.
